Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. You'll receive an order confirmation email right away and a second email with tracking details once your order ships.

Shipping Time Once shipped, orders generally arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location within the United States. Business days do not include weekends or federal holidays.

How We Fulfill Orders We are an online-only store. Orders are fulfilled through our trusted supplier network and shipped directly to your address. We do not operate a physical storefront or warehouse.

Where We Ship We currently ship within the United States. If you're unsure whether we ship to your area, contact us before placing your order.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address. Any available promotions or free shipping thresholds will be shown at checkout.

Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Use it on the carrier's website to monitor your delivery in real time.

Delays While we work hard to meet delivery estimates, occasional delays can occur due to carrier issues, weather events, or high order volumes — especially around holidays. We'll always do our best to communicate any known delays.
