Q: Where are you based? We're an online-only store operated by a team based in Pittsburgh, PA. We don't have a physical retail location — everything is done through our website at shopcelebrity.co.
Q: What kind of products do you sell? We specialize in outdoor sports equipment — think camping gear, hiking accessories, outdoor fitness equipment, and more. If it belongs in the great outdoors, chances are we carry it.
Q: How long does shipping take? Most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days after processing. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships so you can follow it the whole way.
Q: Do you offer free shipping? Shipping options and any current promotions are shown at checkout. We work to keep shipping costs as fair as possible.
Q: How do I track my order? Once your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use it on the carrier's website to see real-time delivery updates.
Q: What if I received the wrong item or my order arrives damaged? We're sorry if that happens — please reach out right away. Email us at shopcelebrity@shopcelebritycom.com or call (412) 447-8685 with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund immediately.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order? If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help. Once an order is in transit, we're unable to modify it — but our return process is easy.

Q: Is my payment information secure? Yes. Our store runs on Shopify, which uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect your payment information. We never store your card details.
