REFUND & RETURN POLICY
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- The item is unused and in its original condition
- The item is in its original packaging
- You have proof of purchase (your order confirmation email)
Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or missing original packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Items marked as final sale
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Items damaged after delivery due to misuse
How to Start a Return

- Include your order number and reason for the return
- We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions
Please do not send items back without contacting us first — we need to authorize the return and provide the correct return address from our fulfillment partner.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds go back to your original payment method. You'll receive a confirmation email once it's done.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
Want a different size or product? Contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate based on current availability.
Wrong or Damaged Items
If you received the wrong item or your order arrived damaged, contact us immediately. We'll cover all costs and resolve it as fast as possible — no questions asked.

Late Returns
