Returns

• You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

• To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

• Certain items (such as personal care products, perishable goods, or final sale items) cannot be returned.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.

• If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• If you need a different size or color, please contact us and we’ll arrange an exchange when possible.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.
